Roles & Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Task:

- Excellent communication, negotiation & convincing skills.
- Online bidding on multiple bidding portal and email marketing knowledge is a plus.
- Discover business opportunities through different channels for IT services.
- Preparation of business proposals, RFQ, RFI.
- Understanding and defining project work scope.
- Formulating, delegating, and implementing marketing strategies.
- Manage complete lifecycle of sales right from lead generation, cold calling, appointment setting, requirement gathering, creating proposals, and pre-sales discussion, closing sales,negotiations

Soft Skills

- Self-motivated.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strategic thinking and good presentation skills
- Leadership qualities, and team worker
- Co-operative nature, hard-working, dedicated and a pleasant personality.
- Must have accountability and commitment for quality delivery.
